Refund Policy

Return Window You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund for any reason. Any request made after this period will not be accepted. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return All return requests must be submitted by email only. Please include your order number and reason for return. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with a return address — which may be located outside the USA depending on the product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer, as refunds will not be issued in that case.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Gift cards
  • Corsets
  • Masks
  • Lingerie
  • Downloadable software products
  • Health and personal care items

Order Cancellation Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, cancellations are no longer possible for logistical reasons. If you wish to return your order, you may do so once it has been delivered, in accordance with our return policy above.

Refunds Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not yet received your refund, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times may apply
  3. Contact your bank directly
  4. If the issue persists, reach out to us at contact@steampunkstyler.com

Sale Items Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Exchanges We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, please email us at contact@steampunkstyler.com.

Gifts If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping You are responsible for all return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
