The standard delivery of our products is completely free in the US for order over $80.

Most of our orders are shipped within 48 hours.

For Halloween 2024, depending on products available in stock, some orders placed after October 08 (included), 2024 can not be delivered in full for Halloween.

To ensure that everyone gets the most out of their Halloween costume, we invite you to contact us to confirm whether your order can be delivered for the event.

Please note that no refunds will be made after this date due to non-delivery for Halloween.

Once the order is shipped, you will be able to follow the progress of your package step by step thanks to our tracking application integrated to our website. (The tracking number can be updated 5–10 days after the shipping).
